The summer of 2008 marks the 20th anniversary of the N.C. Ducks Unlimited "Band the Billfish" Tournament. This year's event will be held Thursday, July 31 to Saturday, August 2.

The annual "Band the Billfish" Tournament benefits wetland habitats in North Carolina and waterfowl breeding areas across North America through Ducks Unlimited's Sound CARE program. Over the past 19 years, "Band the Billfish" has raised over $950,000 for conservation of sounds, marshes, and estuaries in North Carolina, all thanks to the generous contributions of the tournament participants and sponsors.

Please join us this summer as we reach a milestone celebrating the 20th anniversary of "Band the Billfish", and hopefully surpass another by crossing the $1,000,000 mark.
